E.W,.M., SPOKANE COUNTY, Y WASHINGTON. ) The abono- entitled matter coming on regularly for hearing before the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, on this day, and it appearing to the Board that the Spokane County Planning Commission has given due notice of the hearing on the matter in the manner and for the time provided by law; that said Planning Commission has hold a public hearing as required; and that the said Planning Commission concurs in the plan to mono the following described property as: COMMERCIAL: That part of Lot 4, Block 18, Corbin Addition to Greenacros, lying Sly of a line 139 feet, measured at right angles, Sly of and parallel to the NWly line of said Lot 4, excepting therefrom that part thereof conveyed to Union High School District No. 201. Also. Note Access points to be delineated and paved to Spokane County road standards. 2) A revised development plan for the site shall be approved by the Zoning Administrator prior to finalization of ZE- 111-77, showing all structures oriented such that the residential uses to the north may be buffered. 3) Any portion of the project which is to be occupied or traveled by automobiles shall be maintained in hard surface paving. 4) An on -site atom-drainage system shall be approved by the Spokane County Engineer's Office prim to release of building permits for the project. 5) A specific landscape plan, pl�fdng schedule, and provisions fbr maintenance, for the project shall be approved by the Spokane County Zoning Administrator prior to release of building permits.
