Reasons 1. The final plat of McLaughlin Addition has been filed with the Spokane County Auditor and contains lot sizes of over 11,000 sq.ft. with 86 feet frontages. These lot sizes and frontages meet the minimum lot standards set forth in the Single Family Residential Zone and are adequate to meet minimum sanitary standards. 2. Several substantial single family residences have been or are in the process of being established in the plat at this time which indicates that the Single Family Residential Zone would be appropriate for the area.
