Approval of access by the Spokane County Engineer's Office prior to release of building permits. NOTE: The Spokane County Engineers have requested that the the site's points of ingress and egress be restricted to Sands Road and oriented to the southerly portion of the site. 2. The applicant shall pave driveway approaches as per Spokane County standards. 3.
