That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record and /or attached sheets as noted. 2. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no more than one dwelling structure be placed on any one lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of creating additional lots or building sites without filing a realat. 3. That the plat provide for right of way width for streets as indicated on the preliminary plat of record. 4.
