ANALYSIS INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT: REASONS: The proposed plat is adjacent to the existing plat of Guthrie's Valley View Fourth Addition of similar denstty. To the west, exists a church; t the East, the Blake Elementary School, and to the South single family homes of similar density. The approximate 4.8 acre•site will contain a total of 11 lots and will complete the subdivision of properties bounded by McDonal( Cataldo, Blake and Broadway. Preparation of the site for single family lots does not receive any alteration' and improvements beyond those normally associated with single family plat development for the immediate area. Furthermore, the land use Ls consistan with adjoining land uses and tts demand for public services are adequately met by existing public services for the area.
