Conditions: i. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record and /or atrached sheets as noted. The plat sponsor shall work with the Planning staff and the County Lngineer to accomplish the following objectives: a. To determine if Lot 1, Block 2 should be enlarged to include the existing house which is near the south lot line. b.
