Locust View First Addition was originally presented to the Planning Commission in August, 1974 where it received conditional approval. Subsequent to that, the plat has received two (2) extensions of time, the last being to November, 1977. 2. The applicant is desirous of obtaining a third extension of time to December, 1978. Howe ver, it would appear that no work has been accomplished on the project in the past year, and the request should be denied. 3. If the Planning Commission chooses to approve this extension, two adds, tionai conditions will be required to'bring the project into compliance with recent changes in state law. The added conditions are as follows; a. Show that the plat lies within the recorded service area of Modern Electric Water Company. b.
