specifications for said subdivision, dated June 10, 1975, and on file in the Office
of the County Engineer.
Any interest benefits accruing under said savings certificate shall remain the property
of STAGE ONE REALTY, INC. Said savings certificate is to be released to STAGE ONE

shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of creating
additional lots or buildinj sites without filing a replat.
J. That the plat provide for right of way width for streets as indicated
on the preliminary plat of record.

property be held in trust until the continuation of the streets be
