A. CONDITIONS: 1. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record and/or attached sheets as noted. The Planning Commission staff is aware of certain potential minor drainage problems in the west portion of the plat. Submittal of a design for drainage improve- ments will be required prior to submittal of the final plat. No direct lot access will be permitted to 44th or Schafer Road.
