The Contract is revised as follows:
Description of Work
Schedule B - Group 3; Spokane County Sanitary Sewer
Contractor shall install 6 -inch diameter ductile iron sewer pipe with joint restraint gaskets
within the bridge supported pressure sewer casing pipe.
Materials
Ductile iron sewer pipe shall conform to Section 7 -17.2 of the Standard Specifications.
Joint restraint gaskets shall be Field Lok® manufactured by U. S. Pipe and Foundry
Company, or approved equal.
Construction Requirements
Construction shall conform to Section 7 -09 of the Special Provisions.
Measurement
No specific unit of measurement will apply to the lump sum item of "Change Order No. 7
- Ductile Iron Pressure Sewer Pipe, 6 -In. Diam."
Payment
Payment will be made for "Change Order No. 7 - Ductile Iron Pressure Sewer Pipe, 6 -In.
Diam." in the lump sum amount of $20,545.06 plus applicable sales tax. The lump sum
payment shall be full compensation for all costs incurred to furnish and install ductile iron
pressure sewer pipe, joint restraint gaskets, testing, and flushing.
Working Days
The Contract time is unchanged.
