All provisions In the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:

Criag, Here is invoice and budget up to 4- 26 -10. As you can see we have used up a good portion of our original fee
estimate. As discussed, such overages are due to several reasons such as, density testing small project portions at a time
and increased number of trips, increased number of PCC paving operations and time delays for weather, increased time
for crushed surfacing density testing due to contractor not being ready and increased time during HMA paving operations
due to crushed surfacing not being ready, equipment breakdowns and being on site full time during paving. We are
available to discuss these unanticipated testing fees, upon request
