EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Towey called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. I t was then moved by
Councilmember Dempsey, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn into executive session for
approximately one hour to discuss pending litigation, and that no action is anticipated thereafter.
Council adjourned into executive session at 5:02 p.m. At approximately 6:04 p.m., Mayor Towey
declared council out of executive session, and it was moved by Councilmember Dempsey, seconded and
unanimously agreed to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
