EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Towey called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. and announced that the
executive session is cancelled. It was moved by Councilmember Dempsey, seconded and unanimously
agreed to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
