EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Towey called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by
Councilmember Gothmann, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn into Executive Session for
approximately one hour to discuss land acquisition [RCW 42.30.110(1)(b]) and pending litigation [RCW
42.30.110(i)]; and that no action is anticipated thereafter. Council adjourned into executive session at
5:01 p.m. At approximately 6:03 p.m. Mayor Towey declared Council out of Executive Session; and it
was moved by Councilmember Schimmels, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn. The executive
session meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
