The Contract is revised as follows:
Description of Work
This change order revises the specified irrigation system controller electrical service to
be 110VAC instead of 24VDC.
Irrigation Electrical Service
Section 8- 03.3(14) is supplemented with the following:
The Special Provision on Page 8.8 of the project Special Provisions
referring to Section 8- 03.3(14) is deleted, thereby reinstating the
requirements in Section 803.3(14) of the Standard Specifications.
The Contractor shall locate the electrical service cabinet near the existing
power pole at approximate Station 52 +80 RT as directed by the Engineer.
Provide 5 -foot minimum clearance between electrical service cabinet and
power pole. Provide 2 -inch diameter Schedule 40 grey PVC conduit from
base of power pole to base of electrical service cabinet. Provide 24 -inch
sweeps at each end of conduit to transition from horizontal to vertical.

Electrical service cabinet shall be post - mounted on minimum 30 -inch
square by 6 -inch thick concrete pad. Bottom of cabinet shall be 36- inches
above concrete pad.
Automatic Controllers
Section 9 -15.3 is supplemented with the following:
Mount automatic controller enclosure to exterior of electrical service
cabinet. Provide GFCI outlet receptacle within automatic controller
enclosure.
Work to be Performed by Others
Avista Utilities will provide and install service riser conduit at power pole, all
overhead and underground service conductors between overhead transformer
and electrical service cabinet, and meter.
Measurement
Section 8 -03.4 is supplemented with the following:
No unit of measure shall apply to the lump sum price for "AC Irrigation
System Controller."

Payment
Section 5 -03.5 is supplemented with the following:

Payment for "AC Irrigation System Controller" will be made in the lump sum
amount of $1,955.71, The lump sum payment shall constitute full compensation
for all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified.
Working Days
The Contract time is extended by three (3) working days.
