The Contract is revised as follows:

Schedule A - Barker Road Bridge
The Uplands Fill material specified in Section 9 -03.16 of the Special Provisions is deleted
and replaced with the following:

The fracture requirement for Uplands Fill shall be at least one fractured face for at
least 90% of each sample and shall apply to the combined aggregate retained on the
No. 4 Sieve in accordance with FOP for AASI ITO TP 61. Material shall be
selected of "granite" or "igneous" to be aesthetically consistent with the
surrounding natural river bed and shoreline materials.
Section 2- 03.3(14)N is supplemented with the following:
Uplands fill material shall be placed and compacted in accordance with Section
2- 03.3(14)C of the Standard Specifications.

Measurement
Section 2 -03.4 of the Special Provisions is supplemented with the following:
Measurement of "Fine Uplands Fill" and "Coarse Uplands Fill" will be made by
the cubic yard in place. The estimated quantities are 48 cubic yards and 17 cubic
yards, respectively.
Payment
Section 2 -03.5 of the Special Provisions is revised as follows:
Payment Item No. 18, Uplands Fill, is deleted from the Contract.
