Spokane Valley, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, THE GRANTEE, for
public use forever, the following described real estate:

SUBJECT TO all easements, restrictions, covenants and encumbrances of record.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this deed is hereby tendered and that the
terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless
and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by the
Spokane Valley Director of Public Works. Also, the undersigned hereby request the Assessor
and Treasurer of said County to set -over to the remainder of the herein described parcel, the
lien of all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the property hereby conveyed, as provided by RCW
84.60.070. '
