I've talked with several Operators that say they have trouble turning from eastbound on 4 to northbound on Conklin because it's such a short distance from 4 to the curve that comes north on Conklin. I didn't think a whole lot about it until today another Operator told me that she feels it's dangerous during peak hour traffic times because people are in such a rush and it's difficult to see them coming. She asked if we could talk to someone about making 4 and Conklin /Rotchford a "3 way" stop for the remainder of the construction project. I went and watched for awhile, I can see her point. In addition, the traffic at that intersection has increased tremendously because of Sprague and Sullivan. I realize this is a little late, but could you please see if it's feasible, with only 2 weeks construction left, to make this intersection a "3 -way" stop? I'm thinking I should have seen this coming, my apology. I notice the contractor has " flaggers" at Adams and Broadway, and at Conklin and Broadway. Maybe this solution could also be applied to 4 and Conklin. Thanks for looking into this for us, Monte 993 -1973 - NORI'H ST1SR ENTERPRISES INC.
