Budget Account No. Acme Concrete Paving Contract 10 -015
Change Order 5 pays for labor and equipment costs, by force account procedure, spent
resolving underground utility conflicts with storm drain piping and structures.
The total estimated cost (incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $1,879.71, paid for by an
86.5% Federal grant and the City of Spokane Valley. There are sufficient funds in the project
budget to cover these costs.
