See attached supporting materials. The total estimated cost (incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $8,762.88. The City may request a portion of these costs be reimbursed by utility providers who failed to locate the utilities and the remainder will be paid by the City of Spokane Valley and the 80% TIB Grant. There are sufficient funds in the project budget to cover these costs.
