INC. for and in consideration of mutual benefits, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, warrants
and conveys to the City of Spokane Valley, a municipal corporation of State of Washington, a RIGHT OF
' WAY DEED over the following described real property, situated in the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane
County, State of Washington, to -wit:
The Easterly 2.00 feet of that parcel of land described as "LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ADJUSTED
PARCEL 55061.9064" in the Record of Survey map recorded in Book 136 of Surveys at Page 56
g in the Office of the Spokane County Auditor, being a parcel of land located in the Northeast
Quarter of Section 6, Township 25 North, Range 45 East, Willamette Meridian, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 6, from which the Northeast Corner
thereof bears North 01 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 2662.29 feet; thence
along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6 North 01 degrees 07 minutes 10
seconds West 683.29 feet; thence South 88 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West 30.00 feet to the

the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence South 01 degrees 07 minutes 05
