The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-001 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 19th day of January 2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE 3.25.040,GAMBLING TAX REGULATIONS
FOR THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY.
The purpose of the ordinance is to amend Spokane Valley Municipal Code 3.25.040 payment of tax,
changing the due date of quarterly installments to be submitted to the city finance director,together with
the required information on the return form, from the 15th of the month to the 30th of the month, as per
staff's and State Auditor's Office suggestion. The remaining provisions of SVMC 3.25 were unchanged
by this amendment.
