The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-008 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 27th day of April,2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 07-
015 AND LAST AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 09-040; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS
PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Official Zoning Map adopted through Ordinance No. 07-
015 in order to permit the property described herein to be used in a manner consistent with the same.
Section 2 acknowledges that the Planning Commission conducted appropriate investigation and study,
held public hearings and council adopts the specific findings of the commission. Section 3 references the
properties subject to this ordinance, which are described in Attachment A; and Section 4 describes the
map amendments for Spokane Valley File Numbers CPA 01-10, 02-10, 03-10; Section 5 officially
amends the Official Zoning Map as set forth in Attachment A to the ordinance; Section 6 adopts other
laws, rules or regulations as necessary; and Section 7 states that the Zoning Map is maintained in the
office of the City Clerk.
