The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-011 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 29th day of June,2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION TO VACATE APPROXIMATELY 210 FEET IN
LENGTH BY 30 FEET IN WIDTH OF 16TH AVENUE LOCATED BETWEEN PARCELS 35262.9091
AND 35262.0803 TO THE SOUTH AND PARCELS 35233.2711, 35233.2719 AND 35233.2822 TO
THE NORTH,AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 provides certain Findings of Fact supported by Council to approve or conditionally approve the
request; Section 2 describes the property to be vacated; Section 3 describes the division of property to be
vacated; Section 4 designates the zoning as the designation attached to the adjoining properties; Section 5
lists the conditions of vacation which must be fully satisfied prior to the transfer of title by the City;
Section 6 explains the closing procedures.
