The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-013 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 27th day of July,2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
ADOPTING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMMUTE TRIP REDUCTION PLAN AND
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 10.20 TO IMPLEMENT
MEASURES REQUIRED BY RCW 70.94.527;AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to comply with the requirements of RCW 70.94 regarding
reduction of commute trips; and this ordinance adopts the new Commute Trip Reduction Plan and updates
Spokane Valley Municipal Code 10.20 to implement the Commute Trip Reduction Efficiency act of
2006.
