The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-017 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 14th day of September,2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE (SVMC) TITLE 19.110.020, APPENDIX D
ALLOWING VEHICLE SALES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE MIXED USE AVENUE ZONE;
AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section One of the ordinance adopts specific findings and conclusions of the Planning Commission; and
Section Two amends the SMVC to indicate vehicle sales are permitted in the Mixed Use Avenue Zone as
a conditional use. The full text of Ordinance 10-017 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City
offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
