The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-019 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 28th day of September,2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING NEW SECTION OF SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE (SVMC) 22.160, AND
ADOPTING BY REFERENCE SPOKANE COUNTY CODE 8.03A - PRETREATMENT, AND
OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Section 2 amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code 22.160 to adopt by reference, Spokane County Code
Chapter 8.03A as the wastewater pretreatment standards for the City of Spokane Valley.
