The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-020 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 28th day of September,2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
LEVYING THE REGULAR PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY,
WASHINGTON IN SPOKANE COUNTY FOR THE YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2011 TO
PROVIDE REVENUE FOR CITY SERVICES AS SET FORTH IN THE CITY BUDGET.
Section one sets the 2011 levy rate in the total amount of $10,700,000; and states that such figure is
$99,500 less than the 2009 levy collected in 2010.

above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
