The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-022 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 12th day of October 2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2011 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2011;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS, CREATING A NEW FUND (311): STREET CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS 2011+; AND ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED
POSITIONS.
Section 1 adopts the budget for the year 2011; section 2 creates Fund 311, Street Capital Improvements
2011+ which will be used only after the council has been notified and has formally approved
disbursements; with improvements only used for city match on capital street projects or on street
preservation capital projects.
