The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 10-024 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 16th day of November 2010:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE (SVMC) 5.15.080 REGULATING THE
ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS;AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Section 1 clarifies Washington State Department of Transportation Flagger Certification is equivalent to
the Spokane County Incident Traffic Control Program; section 2 amends SVMC Chapter 5.15.080 adding
Washington State Department of Transportation Flagger Certification as a form of sufficient
documentation.

above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
