EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Towey called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. I t was then moved by
Depury Mayor Schimmels, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn into executive session for
approximately thirry minutes to discuss land acquisition [RCW 42.30.110(1)(b)J, and that action is
anticipated thereafter during the regular 6:00 p.m. council meeting. Council adjourned into executive
session at 5:33 p.m. At approximately 5:44 p.m., Mayor Towey declared council out of executive session
and it was then moved by Deputy Mayor Schimmels, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn. The
meeting adjourned at 5:44 p.m.
