Re: Addendum to Professional Services Contract executed February 22, 2006
Dear Mr. Kliewer:
The City of Spokane Valley would like to execute an addendum with JUB Engineers, Inc., to
that Contract executed by the parties on February 22, 2006. The City proposes amending the
Contract by requesting both parties sign this letter.
Upon execution, this letter will serve as an addendum to the Contract, as stated below:
The City agrees to amend Section 3 of the Contract, to pay the Consultant up to $10,000.00 for
additional services as outlined in the Contract's original scope of work. This Amendment
increases the total amount from $40,000.00 to $50,000.00. These services will be tracked and
billed on a time and materials basis, and are subject to all of the conditions set forth in the
original Contract.
The parties have executed this addendum to the Contract this, May of August, 2006.
