The City proposes amending the Contract by requesting both parties sign this letter. Upon execution, this letter will serve to amend the Agreement for Professional Services as follows: 3. Compensation. The original compensation amount was $35,000. The City agrees to pay the Consultant the amended amount of $44,000 as full compensation for everything furnished and done under this agreement in accordance with provisions outlined in the original Scope of Work and for preliminary appraisal work. The additional $9,000 is to be used for appraisal consultations and preliminary improvement value ranges for parcels of land lying east of University Road. The original contract and Scope of Work did not include any costs for appraisal work. Project Duration The original Scope of Services specifies that the tasks under the scope of services shall be completed by August 1, 2007.
