AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Sprague/Appleway Subarea Plan — Continuing Transportation Services

THIS AMENDMENT No. 2 is made to the Agreement for Professional Services dated
September 26a. 2007 by and between the City of Spokane Valley, a code City of the
State of Washington, hereinafter "City" and Glatting Jackson Kercher Anglin, Inc.,
hereinafter "Consultant" and jointly referred to as "parties."
Pursuant to Sections 1C and 18 of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to
amend the Agreement to include the following additional scope of work:
Develop planning -level cost estimates of different streetscape
elements (sidewalk, hardscape, lighting, plants and trees, optional
street hirniture) and treatments for streets and sidewalks within the
proposed City Center based on the attached outline provided by
Hiro Sasaki of Freedman Tung & Bottomley.
Develop two (2) planning level cost estimates (one of modest
design and one of elaborate design) of landscaping treatments for
the green space on the inside median of the main Plaza Road south
of Sprague Avenue. Typical photo examples will be provided with
these estimates.
The services described herein will be billed on time and materials basis, and are
subject to all of the conditions set forth in the original Agreement. The City
agrees to pay Consultant up to $2,500.00 for the additional services provided for
in this Amendment to the Agreement.
