DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
Poe Asphalt is under contract to grind and overlay Dishman Mica Road from 16th Avenue to Appleway Avenue. In an
effort to coordinate projects Public Works would like to have Poe Asphalt install the proposed conduit across Dishman
Mica Road at 8th and 16th Avenues before the grind and overlay project begins. This will prevent the contractor
selected later for the ApplewaylSpraguelDishman Mica ITS Project from having to cut, trench, and patch the brand new
grind and overlay project completed by Poe Asphalt_
Total Amount of this Change Order: $31,369.11
