This Contract is revised as follows:
Description of Work
Change Order No. 7
Bid Item #58 -Topsoil Type A will be replaced with Bid Item #58A -Topsoil Type B.
Native Topsoil (Topsoil Type B) was excavated, hauled, screened and stockpiled off the
project site.
The contractor and City have negotiated a credit for use of Topsoil Type B in lieu of
using topsoil Type A. There are significant quantities of topsoil that have been removed
from the project site and can be recycled to provide topsoil for the linear swales along
Appleway Avenue.
Materials
The Materials shall meet the requirements of the 2006 Standard Specifications.
Construction Requirements
Work shall meet the requirements of the 2006 Standard Specifications.
Measurement
Topsoil will be measured by the cubic yard in the haul conveyance at the point of
delivery.
Payment
Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1.
"Topsoil Type B", per cubic yard.
