THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 is made to the Agreement for Professional Services dated
October 25ffi, 2007 by and between the City of Spokane Valley, a code City of the State
of Washington, hereinafter "City" and CH2M HILL, Inc., hereinafter "Consultant" and
jointly referred to as "parties."
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to amend the
Agreement to increase the amount of compensation $15,000 to a revised
maximum of $30,000. These services will be tracked and billed on time and
materials basis, and are subject to all of the conditions set forth in the original
Agreement. The City agrees to pay Consultant up to $15,000.00 for the
additional services provided for in this Amendment to the Agreement.
Exhibits to this Amendment are as follows:
Professional Services Agreement dated May 18, 2006;
Original Contract Amount $ 15,000.00
Current Amendment Amount $ 15,000.00
Amended Contract Amount $ 30,000.00
The remainder of the Agreement will remain unchanged by this Amendment.
