This project will upgrades all traffic signal poles and mast arms at Knox Avenue, remove the signal displays on the center islands and improve curb radii on all
quadrants. A northbound right turn lane will also be constructed at Montgomery Avenue, and the split - phasing will be replaced with protected - permitted phasing.
Reason for Supplement
Request additional PE funding to complete design of project based on actual updated costs and to request release of RW funds.
