EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Wilhite called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. It was then moved by
Councilmember Denenny, seconded, and unanimously agreed that Council adjourn into Executive
Session until approximately 7.•30 p.m. to discuss labor negotiations and potential property acquisition,
and that no final decisions were anticipated. Council adjourned into executive session.
At 6:57 p.m. Mayor Wilhite declared Council out of Executive Session. It was proved by Councilmember
DeVleming and seconded, to reschedule the Thursday, March 23, 2006 .Council meeting to begin at 5:00
p.m. rather than 6:00 p.nr. Vote by Acclamation: hi Favor: Deputy Mayor Taylor, and Councilmembers
.Schimmels, Gothnrarnt, Denenny, DeVleming, cmd Munson. Opposed: Mayor Wilhite. Abstentions:
None. Motion carried.
It was then moved by Councilmember Gothmann, seconded, and unanimously agreed to adjourn. The
meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.nl.
