Description of Work:

Provide on -call surveying services in accordance with Exhibit A -1 of Contract 10 -027, involving a topographic
survey from roadway centerline to north right of way line at 1 -foot contour intervals. Survey shall:
- show utilities from above ground evidence
- identify and determine boundaries from recorded documents with Spokane County
- locate monuments along rights of way
- determine north right of way line from research and found monuments
- establish 4 vertical ben clunarks for project and horizontal control points along route.
Consultant will provide a signed topographic map showing right of way, AutoCAD map, point files, break lines
and TIN using City of Spokane Valley drawing standards. Consultant will also provide exhibits and descriptions
for new right of way if necessary.
Preservation of monuments during construction is not included in this task, but may be added under a separate
task order or contract.
