The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 12-001 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 10`x'day of January, 2012
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 20.80.030 RELATING TO THE
APPLICATION AND DRAWING REQUIREMENTS FOR BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENTS,
AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Section 1 amends SVMC 20.80.030(F) to state that a record of survey of the property may be required,
with the need for such determination based on an evaluation of various legal documents. The full text of
Ordinance 12-001 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will
be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
