AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 2.50.035(B) OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE DEFINITION OF A FAMILY MEMBER; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section I changes'the reference to the family member definition in RCW 42.52.010 to 42.17.020(26) for
the purpose of efficiency and clarity.
Ordinance 12-003 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will
be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
