VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD
JANUARY 1, 2012 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2012 APPROPRIATING FUNDS; CREATING A
NEW FUND(403): AQUIFER PROTECTION AREA; ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR
ESTABLISHED POSITIONS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO."
