2012 Stormwater Small Works Projects
THIS AMENDMENT No. I is made to the Agreement for Professional Services dated
March 9`t', 2012 by and between the City of Spokane Valley, a code City of the State of
Washington, hereinafter "City" and Simpson Engineers, Inc., hereinafter "Consultant"
and jointly referred to as "parties."
Pursuant to Sections 1D and 18 of the Agreement, the parties hereby agree to
amend the Agreement as set forth in the attached Proposal and Detailed Scope
of Work. These services will be tracked and billed on lump sum basis, and are
subject to all of the conditions set forth in the original Agreement. The City
agrees to pay Consultant $2,200 for the additional services provided for in this
Amendment to the Agreement.

1. Professional Services Agreement dated March 9`h, 2012;
2. Addendum to Scope of Surveying Services dated April 12`x', 2012
3. Task and Fee Proposal dated April 12th, 2012

Prior amendments $ 0.00
Current Amendment Amount $ 2,200.00
Amended Contract Amount $ 23,915.00
The remainder of the Agreement will remain unchanged by this Amendment.
