The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 12-015 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 22"d day of May,2012: 1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-015 WHICH ADOPTED THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Official Zoning Map adopted
through Ordinance 07-015 in order to permit the property described therein to be used in a consistent
manner. Section 2 adopts specified Findings. Section 3 states that the properties subject to this ordinance
as described in an Attachment A. Section 4 describes the Map Amendments as File No. CPA 01-12, 815
South Marigold; File No. CPA 02-12, 16913 East Mission Road; File No. CPA 03-12, 15922 and 16002
East Broadway; File No. CPA 04-012, 923 North Park Road; File No. CPA 06-12, 1114 North Vercler;
and File No. CPA 07-12, Broadway Ave west of Moore Road. Section 5 states that the Official Zoning 3
Map is amended as per the Attachment A.
Ordinance 12-015 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will
be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
