Spokane County Auditors file no. 5966120, of original lease dated February 27, 1980 and executed by
220 Investors a Partnership, as Lessor, and Burger King Corporation, a Florida Corporation as Lessee,
recorded on March 17, 1980 under Spokane County Auditor's File no.8003170165; Volume 495, Page
878, in Spokane County, Washington, for and in sufficient consideration release(s) from all effect of
said lease the following described property situated in Spokane County, State of Washington:
That Portion of the Tract 360 of Opportunity Plat No. 2 as per plat thereof recorded in Volume "Q" of Plats,
page 41, Spokane County, Washington: Beginning at a point 24.5 South of the North line of said Tract 360 and
34.90 feet East of the West line of said Tract 360; thence S.86 °46'27 "W., along a line parallel to and 24.5 feet
South of the North line of said Block 360, 5.27 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left the radius of which
