Project: Comprehensive Shoreline Master Program Update
Purpose: In accordance with the original agreement, this grant is amended to revise the budget
structure to combine Year 1 and Year 2 for greater flexibility for the Recipient.
1. This amendment is effective on July 1, 2011. The end date of the grant agreement remains June
30, 2014.
2. The following budget text on page 15 of the original grant agreement is deleted:
Note: If consultant services are involved in this project, the following budget must be adhered
to by all parties to ensure consistent reporting. Expenditure reporting will follow the structure
as indicated below.
3. The total project funding is unchanged at $125,000. The structure for funding on Pages 1 and 14
of the original grant agreement is revised as follows:
Maximum Grant Amount, Fiscal Years 1 and 2 (7/1/2011 — 6/30/2013): $118,710
Maximum Grant Amount, Fiscal Year 3 (7/1/2013 — 6/30/2014): $ 6.290
