Re: l' Amendment to Professional Services Contract executed April 30, 2012.
Dear Ms. Winkler:
The parties would like to execute a 1St Amendment with Sunburst Engineering, PS to that
agreement executed by the parties on April 30, 2012. This 1St Amendment relates to a fee
adjustment for direct expenses, which were mistakenly excluded from the total fee in the contract.
The City proposes amending the Contract by requesting that both parties sign this letter. This P
Amendment will change the terms to cover the $1,161.17 of cost for direct expenses as noted in
the invoice dated June 8, 2012 and the Amended Cost Estimate. The contract amount will be
increased by $1,161.17 to pay for these expenses.
Upon execution, this letter will serve to amend the Agreement and Scope of Work as follows:
Agreement for Professional Services
^� 3. Compensation. The City agrees to pay the Consultant $AAA- $14,161.17 as
full compensation for everything done under this Agreement.
Amended Cost Estimate
The Cost Estimate in the Scope of Work is hereby amended as follows: The Cost
Estimate page in the Scope of Work is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the Attached
page - Amended June 18, 2012.
All other terms of the agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
