RESOLUTION NO.115-013
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SECOND F .TLL-TLME E UIVALENT RIGHT-OF-WAY
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR POSiT.ION FOR THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY.
WHEREAS, the City Council from time to time finds it necessary to adjust its workforce in
response to work load demands; and
WHEREAS, the City Council through Resolution Na 03-031 adopted job descriptions For City
positions, including a job description for Right-Of-Way Construction Inspector; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Regional Pavement Cut Policy on `June ]4, 2005,
which requires the City to provide inspection services in excess of current levels to properly carry out'the
Policy.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane
County. Washington, as follows;
Section I. Authorization of Second Full-Time Equivalent Right-Of-Way Con truction
Inspector, The City of Spokane Valley hereby authorizes a second full-time equivalent Right-Of-Way
Construction Inspector_ The existing job description includes a pay ode classification of 14 in the
City's classification matrix_ •
Section 2, Effective Date, This Resolution shall be effective upon adoption_
