Resolution 05-025 Accepting Conveyance of ROW Deed from Troy & Denise Hobbs CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY SPOKANE COUNTY,WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 05-025 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED FROM TROY G. HOBBS AND DENISE R. HOBBS FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES. WHEREAS, Troy G. Hobbs and Denise R. Hobbs are desirous of granting to the City of Spokane Valley Right-of-Way Deed for that property identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, the subject property identified in Exhibit A must necessarily be dedicated to the City as a requirement before a final plat may be issued for property immediately adjoining to the north of this property; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to have the ability to extend roads into those areas where growth is anticipated. NOW THEREFORE, be it. resolved by the City Council of the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, as follows: The City of Spokane Valley accepts from Troy G. Hobbs and Denise R. Hobbs the Right-of-Way Deed for the conveyance of the property identified in Exhibit A, with the intent to use the same for the public benefit as a public road. The City agrees to use the property consistent with conditions, if any, imposed upon the property through the grant of any previous easements. The City Council hereby accepts the grant of Right-of-Way Deed, and authorizes the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to complete the conveyance of the Deed, including final acceptance of the Deed free and clear of liens and encumbrances that affect the City's reasonable use of the property. • Adopted this 15'h day of November, 2005.
